Are Disney parks the 'Happiest Place on Earth' for pedophiles? The question arises again after 3 more cast members are arrested for pedophilia in U.S. Disney theme parks

Disneyland and Anaheim Police officials blasted its hotel workers union for distributing flyers in October 2010 during a
strike, warning parents to watch out for pedophiles at the resort. Disney said it was an outright lie, but it turns out they knew
eight months before that its security officer Steven Haywood was sentenced to federal penitentiary for possession of child porn.
Well, it's happened again. Dangerous predators are again threatening visitors of the Disney theme parks.

Disneyland cast member Richard Camarena (left) and Disney World cast
members Kevin Nazzaro (middle) and Angel Rivera-Maldonado (right) were
arrested recently for child molestation and possession of child pornography
If you're a parent of a small child or children thinking about going to a Disney theme park, especially in Florida, alligators are not the only predators you're going to have to worry about praying on your little ones while you're at the House of Mouse.

Disney World Florida and Disneyland California are not only "The Happiest Place on Earth" for little children, but it is also literally the "Disneyland for child molesters and pedophiles" everywhere because Disney is a huge magnet for the young of all ages.

Both U.S. Disney resorts in Florida and California have been plagued by a flood of arrests of employees and visitors for pedophilia in one form or another of late, and it should be a big worry to many.

Since 2006, our tally shows more than 50 Disney employees who have been either been arrested on charges of pedophilia or committing some form of lewd sex acts on children.

Our own research has only uncovered three incidents of child molestation caught
at Disney theme parks, which frankly we find unbelievable. Shown above
William Bishop, Aman Bhatia, and Nicolas Groth.
As recently as July 8, 45-year-old Richard Matthew Camarena of Claremont was arrested for sexually molesting a 9-year-old boy in the bathroom of the Puente Hills Mall in the City of Industry.

Camarena is a Disneyland employee who works as a clerk in one of Disney's retail stores inside Downtown Disney in Anaheim, California.

Police have said that Camarena's actions were so brazen that they strongly suspect he may have molested other children before his arrest. No doubt, that raises serious concerns that Camarena may have molested children at Disneyland, which investigators are still determining.

And just a few weeks ago, two more cast members from Disney World were among nine men picked up in a Florida undercover child sex sting operation run by the Polk County Sheriff's office.

44-year-old Angel Rivera-Maldonado of Auburndale, who worked in housekeeping at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and 52-year-old Kevin Nazzaro of Davenport, who worked as a cook for the Big River Grill and Brewing Works at Disney's BoardWalk, were both arrested for possession of child pornography.

Disney Cruise Line has had three child molesters working for Disney each of
the past three years. Shown above Disney crew members Juan Manuel Palma
Ortega, Ahmed Sofyan, and Milton Braganza who have been accused of sexually
assaulting little girls on Disney cruise ships.
Maldonado was found with at least 60 pornographic videos of children, some as young as 1-year-old, on his computer, and Nazzaro similarly is accused of sharing videos of elementary-aged kids, between 8 and 11 years of age, engaged in lewd sex acts.

If you think this is some kind of aberration or just an isolated incident at Disney World, as Disney officials would like you to think, then think again.

This was no where near the first time that Disney World has been implicated in a pedophilia scandal involving its staff.

In fact since 2006, there have been an explosion of more than 50 arrests of Disney employees for pedophilia where previously there were virtually none, but incidents of pedophilia are not limited just to Disney employees that involve the House of Mouse.

Just a few weeks ago, two male guests, Aman Bhatia and Nicolas Groth, were arrested on the same day for molesting children in separate incidents on Disney property at Walt Disney World. These were the first two guests since 2007, that we were even able to find in our research, to have been arrested for child molestation on Disney property. (See image above.)

Evidence of obstruction of justice and a cover-up by Disney officials
in an incident of child molestation committed on the Disney Dream
in 2003 was leaked to the press. Security officer Dawn Taplin (bottom)
reported that Disney Cruise Line management aided in the flight of child
molester Milton Braganza (top left) from justice. A year later, DCL hotel
director James Willoughby (top right) was transferred after a second incident.
Back in 2007, a 57-year-old convicted child molester, William Bishop was caught molesting a 6-year-old girl by Orange County Sheriff's deputies at the Swan Hotel at Disney World.

Unbelievably, we've only found three total reported incidents of child molestation occurring on property on a Disney resort; however, there have been an equal number of publicized incidents on the Disney Cruise Line, just in the last three years, which have been all committed by Disney crew members. (See pictures of Disney Cruise Line crew members arrested above.)

The reason for the low number of incidents of pedophilia caught on Disney properties, as we reported in our last article, was because Disney has in place some very discrete set of security policies, codenamed "Aquatics," used to cover-up these incidents and prevent arrests from happening inside their resorts by law enforcement agencies. These confidential security measures are in place to prevent any chance of these scandals getting out to the public.

However, in the age of cell phones, it's becoming harder and harder for Disney security to contain all of the parties involved in these scandals before a call is made to the police to investigate.

Thus, the number of pedophile arrests involving the Walt Disney Company has been dramatically increasing in recent years, but not necessarily because the incidence of pedophilia is on the rise at the Empire of Mouse.

Disney security officers accused of possession of child pornography. Three are from
Disney World: Jeffrey Binder (top left), TerryMerissaint (top right), and Thomas
Wheeler (bottom left.) And one from Disneyland: Steven Haywood (bottom right.)
Instead, the police are more and more becoming involved in investigating these occurrences on Disney property which then becomes a part of the public record.

In the past, theses sorts of criminal incidents hadn't even had the chance to come under the police's notice.

It used to be you never heard about any incidents of pedophilia at "The Happiest Place on Earth." That's because Disney would rather keep the public's knowledge of those incidents discrete, which meant covering up these incidents before they became a police matter.

To do that, however, Disney had to get a hold of all the parties involved early, before the cops even had a chance to hear about these complaints, and offer inducements to victims not to file a complaint while kicking the pedophiles off property before the police have any chance of getting involved. In essence, Disney helped child molesters evade the long arm of the law, hoping they wouldn't get arrest and shown all over the news.

Is this an ethical way to handle a crime when the public's safety is at risk? Absolutely not because Disney is allowing the perpetrators to get away without being held accountable for their actions, allowing them to victimize other children in the future.

The scene of the crimes: the Disney Dream docked at Port Canaveral, Florida
How do we know Disney has been deliberately covering-up these heinous acts, you ask?

For one, we discovered Disney security's discrete protocol, codenamed "Aquatics," to handle these sorts of cases discretely. But even stories about Disney's cover-ups, from time to time, have leaked to the press, showing they made a concerted effort to obstruct justice.

Case in point, take the case of Milton Braganza, a then 33-year-old Disney Cruise Line dining room server from India, who molested an 11-year-old Brazilian female passenger on the Disney Dream August 5, 2012.

The incident was reported to Disney Cruise Line security immediately by the victim's family, even before the ship had a chance to leave port from Port Canaveral, Florida.

Security investigated the incident and determined that a crime did occur, but instead of notifying Florida police of the sexual assault that occurred on U.S. territory, Disney officials decided it would be best not to report the incident until after the ship slipped out of port and was safely in international waters the next day on Aug. 6 where authorities could not investigate the matter.

Disney's failure to report a deranged pedophile Phoenix Sundown to police in
2014 after
he stalked Disney Channel child stars. That resulted in Sundown
terrorizing several more child stars in 2015.
At that point, Disney was obstructing justice and aiding in the escape of a known criminal suspect, so that he could evade the long arm of the law from the U.S. Disney officials needed that time to offer the victim's family numerous gifts and inducements to change their minds about filing a criminal report, and getting Braganza away from criminal investigators.

When the ship arrived in the Nassau, Bahamas on Aug. 7, Disney officials used the much more lenient Bahamian Royal Police Force, where the shipped is flagged, to investigate the matter. The suspect Braganza admitted to the molestation, but at that point, however, the victim's family declined to file a charge.

Under Bahamian law, they had no choice but to let the suspect go; whereas under U.S. law, Braganza would have been charged a crime despite the victim's family declining to prosecute, due to the risk the suspect posed to the public at large.

But instead of bringing the suspect back to the U.S. for prosecution, Disney bought a plane ticket for the accused child molester to go back home to India, so that he could flee from authorities back in Florida.

Disney pedophiles: Patrick Holgerson, Joel Torres, and Robert Kingsolver
Disney Cruise Line security officer, Dawn Taplin, who was on board the ship at the time of the incident even confirmed with WKMG investigator reporter Tony Pipitone that this was deliberate cover-up by Disney to obstruct justice and help the child molester escape.

Of course, this was not an isolated incident even with the Disney Dream. One year later, nearly the exact same thing happen with another Disney Dream crew member Ahmed Sofyan, a cabin attendant, who molested a 13-year-old girl, but on that occasion, Disney failed to keep the victim's family silent about the matter who had called Florida police.

In the wake of the two back-to-back child molestation scandals aboard the Disney Dream, the website Disneyleaks found out that Disney shuffled around a few executives responsible for covering-up the incidents on behalf of the company, so that they could not be called to testify in the criminal proceedings against Sofyan or any civil lawsuits against the company.

In 1988, Disney hired known pedophille Victor Salva
to direct its movie Powder, but the victim publicly
protested the movie, badly embarrassing Disney
The website found out in particular that Disney executives transferred the ship's hotel director, James Willoughby, who was one of the managers directly involved in both child molestation incidents involving Braganza and Sofyan, across the country to become the general manager of Club 33 to avoid being questioned by Florida prosecutors and the family's attorneys. (See picture above.)

Clearly, the sideways shuffle of Willoughby at the time of Sofyan's trial was so that the company would not be directly implicated in any attempts to tamper with witnesses in the case or shielding the accused from the criminal justice system as they had previously with Milton Braganza.

In addition to these sort of news leaks of incidents of pedophilia on Disney properties, many law enforcement agencies outside of where Disney theme parks reside, especially in Florida, have been becoming more bold in conducting undercover child sex sting operations to crack down on child sex predators in and around the communities where Disney theme parks reside.

This has been where the vast majority of pedophilia arrests involving the Walt Disney Company—which we count to be at least 45—have been made.

One such arrest by the FBI back in February 2008 actually took place on Disneyland property with the Anaheim Police in tow.

Disneyland ride machinist Bryan William Anast
Disneyland security officer Steven Robert Haywood was nabbed by the FBI at work for possession of a hard drive, which he bought across state lines, that contained child pornography.

Clearly, Disney knew about the incident as Haywood was arrested at work and his security notes on his personnel file instructs security to contact managers Nestor Valle or Marty Martinez if Haywood is ever spotted on property. (See last page of court papers.)

But Disneyland, having thought they had adequately covered-up the incident, deliberately failed to acknowledge any incidents of pedophilia they had knowledge of when they accused one of their own labor unions, Unite Here Local 11, of falsely stoking fears of Disneyland being a magnet for pedophiles as leverage for a two-and-a-half year labor dispute with the resort's hotels. (See Local 11 flier at the top of the article.)

"Local 11's leadership has reached a new low with this reprehensible tactic, and they should be ashamed of themselves,” Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown said. "Millions have visited and enjoyed Disneyland Resort over the years."

The problem with Brown's admonishments against Local 11 was that on February 22, 2010, a few months before Brown made those statements, Disneyland knew that its security officer Steven Haywood was being sentenced for his crimes of pedophilia, for which he was arrested at work.

Even management is not immune to charges of
pedophilia as in the case of night custodial manager
Cedric Cuthbert, who was also a paster
Thus, Brown and the Anaheim Police were being a bit more than hypocritical and less than honest and forthcoming when they categorically denied that Disneyland was a magnet for pedophiles. They failed to divulge that knew one of their own cast members Haywood was being sent to jail for pedophilia while accusing Local 11 of lying.

While all these incidents of cover-ups by Disney may be enough to convince most people that there is a concerted effort by Disney to hide the truth regarding the company's history with pedophilia, we have one more example of a cover-up by Disney to make the case.

In 2014, Disney Studios security was mailed obscene materials to of one of its Disney Channel stars, Oliva Holt, who was then a minor, by a mentally-unstable stalker named Phoenix Baal Sundown of Campo, California, who was obsessed with the teen.

Apparently, Disney Studios security knew Sundown was mentally unstable, had an infatuated with many different famous underaged girls, and had a criminal history of violence which was a big enough concern, in and of itself.

However, when Sundown indicated he wanted to meet Holt at her birthday party at Disneyland, Disneyland security put up a security bulletin to look out for crazed stalker.

Disney World electrician Charles Steven Proctor
Disney, however, never passed on this information to the police to arrest Sundown because they did not want any bad publicity from the incident.

This deliberate oversight by Disney not to tell police about Sundown and put him into protective custody allowed him to terrorize several more child stars before he was arrested a year later in 2015.

In many ways, Disney's cover-ups put the public's safety in grave danger, but they don't seem to care since it's only their image their worried about.

Thus you have the true underlying problem with pedophilia inside Disney, which is Disney itself.
