Another Disney employee arrested on child molestation and porn charges in Central Florida begs the question to be asked: Is there a secret child sex ring inside Disney?

Another Walt Disney World employee in Florida, was arrested Monday on charges of sexually molesting an infant and producing and possessing child pornography by Lake County, Florida Sheriffs.

Deputies accused Richard Alton Morgan, 57, of molesting at least three children and creating and downloading child pornography at his home in Mascotte, Florida.

A cyber crimes task force originally discovered disturbing images online showing Morgan touching an infant girl, which lead to Morgan's arrest and a search of his home Monday night. Investigator said they found numerous illicit images of child pornography when they search Morgan's home for evidence with a search warrant.

Sheriffs deputies determined from their investigation that the molestation of the infant girl occurred in Morgan's house because the "bedding in the background of the images of infant" were also found and recovered in Morgan's home as evidence.

“Detectives learned that this child, whom he admitted to molesting, is now in California,” Sheriff's Lt. John Herrell said. “Late last night, California authorities located the child and arrested her mother on molestation charges also. It is believed that the mother and Morgan met online.”


Deputies said that there are at least two additional victims in the case, and they are asking the public's help to come forward with any additional information about anything they may know about any other victims who may have contacted Morgan.

Morgan confessed to deputies of molesting at least two other children. The victims "range in age from 10 to 15 months old at the time images were made," said Harrell.

Lake County Sheriffs deputies are especially concerned that there may be more victims out there, so they want to hear from other parents of children who may have spent time with Morgan.

Morgan told deputies that Morgan works as a Disney stage tech at Walt Disney World.

A Disney spokesperson said in an e-mail to the press that Morgan has been placed on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the charges.


Morgan is currently being charged with 407 counts of production and possession of child pornography and 90 counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child, and 3 counts of sexual battery. He is being held without bond in the Lake County Detention Center.


At this point, with so many different recent arrests of Disney employees for child sex crimes in Central Florida—primarily associated with child pornography—one has to ask if there is a larger underground child sex and pornography ring inside Walt Disney World and Disneyland, involving Disney several cast members working close to children at the "Happiest Place on Earth" who are colluding to promote this kind of aberrant lifestyle.


The number of recent arrests of Disney employees for child sex crimes within both domestic Disney theme park resorts have truly been staggering in recent years.

More than 50 arrests for pedophilia have been made at Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line alone since 2006, mostly for the possession and distribution of child pornography and also for solicitation of sex with minors, an usually high number for any organization.
