Disney employee arrested for failing to tell women he was HIV-positive before having sex with them

Disney's Old Key Resort employee Alcid Jean
A Disney employee is alleged to have failed to tell women that he was HIV-positive before having sex with them, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Alcid Jean of Orlando, Florida, 44, is known to have infected at least one other person with HIV, but it is unclear how many other potential victims there might be out there who have unwittingly been exposed to the virus.

Disney theme park cast members are notorious for "hooking up" with one another, so there is a possibility that Jean may have exposed other Disney cast members to the virus.

He was arrested by Orange County deputies at his place of work at Walt Disney World's Old Key Resort and is facing five counts of unlawful acts of referencing sexual transmitted disease after posting $2,500 bail Friday night.

Alcid went before a judge on Friday morning and said he would hire his own attorney.

A Disney representative said Alcid has been placed on unpaid leave by Disney pending the outcome of the charges.

Alcid avoided answering questions from WKMG reporter, Tony Campbell, after he posted bail on Friday.

"Do you know how many people you have unprotected sex with?" Campbell asked Jean as he ran toward an awaiting taxi, dodging WKMG's cameras.

Needless to say, Alcid did not have any comment on his arrest or the reporter's questions.
