Disney employee arrested for indecent exposure while masturbating at a car dealership in Florida

We're not sure if there is a 'happy ending' to this story, but we really
don't want to know. Mugshot of Disney employee Brian Davis
proves the old wives' tale is indeed true: you will go blind if
you keep playing with those.
Another Walt Disney World employee was arrested for public indecency on Saturday after he was caught masturbating at a Clermont car dealership in Lake County, Florida, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriffs deputies said that Brian Patrick Davis, 47, of Clermont, Florida, was in the customer waiting room of the Reed Nissan Dealership on State Road 50 just before 11:00 a.m. having his car serviced when they got a complaint from another male customer about a man masturbating in public.

The witness said Davis was seen pulling his shirt over his lap area, unzipping his shorts and touching himself as began watching videos on his cell phone. The witness also said he recorded video of the incident and provided the video to the police as evidence.

When Clermont police officers arrived, Davis admitted to the police that he had gotten a sudden "urge" to masturbate when he began watching pornography on his cell phone.

Davis acknowledged he knew others were in the room when he began inappropriately touching himself, but said, in his own defense, that he was a "private person" who did not intend on others watching him.

When deputies asked to check Davis' internet browsing history on his cell phone, for whatever reason, he complied with their request.

One Disney employee gives new meaning to the phrase, 'Goofin' off'
Deputies then found 14 recently viewed pornographic videos from various pornographic websites on his phone.

We're not quite sure why he would admit any of this to the police on his own volition or allow them to search his phone, which was to the detriment of his own case, but it is what it is.

Apparently Mr. Davis has never heard of the right to remain silent or the Fifth Amendment, the right not to say anything to incriminate oneself.

Because of these unwise moves, Davis was then arrested on charges of indecent exposure of sexual organs and taken to the Lake County Jail where he was booked. He has since bonded out of jail for a $1,000.

A Disney spokesperson later confirmed that Davis was put on unpaid administrative leave, pending the outcome of the criminal charges against him.

All we can say in Davis' defense is: "Different strokes for different folks."
